Dr. Rashmi Barve is a highly experienced ophthalmologist with over 20 years of clinical expertise. She completed her MBBS from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad, graduating with distinction in Ophthalmology. She went on to pursue her post-graduate studies at Government Medical College and Hospital, Miraj.
Further honing her surgical skills, Dr. Barve trained in cataract microsurgery at Lions NAB Hospital, Miraj, and underwent specialized training in LASIK surgery in Mumbai.
She has served as a consultant at prominent institutions including Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital and Sahyadri Hospital in Pune until April 2013. She is currently associated with KIMS Hospital, Thane.
Dr. Barve is proficient in performing both routine and complex cataract surgeries, including the use of premium intraocular lenses, as well as other anterior segment procedures. Her warm demeanor and patient-centric approach make her a trusted name among her peers and patients alike.

She is presently associated with Prasad Chikitsa (Ganeshpuri).
